Nutri Soy chunks are made from oil-extracted (defatted) soybean flour. Soy chunks are products made from soybean flour after extracting soybean oil. After drying, they have a rough consistency.

How To Eat Nutri Soya Chunks?

There are several ways to eat soybean chunks. Here are some delicious and healthy recipes you can make with soy chunks:

  1. Boil 2.5 cups of water and soak 1 cup of Bawarchi Nutri soya chunks in it.
  2. When the soya chunks mass is soft, rinse with water.
  3. Make a paste of 2 tomatoes.
  4. Fry a pinch of Asafoetida and half a tablespoon of cumin in a pan of hot oil.
  5. Next, add 2 diced onions, 2 finely chopped green peppers and a twig of curry leaves to the pan and mix well until the onions are golden.
  6. Fry 2 tablespoons of garlic paste over the mixture until the raw odor fades.
  7. Mix tomato paste
  8. Fry the entire mixture until the masala and oil begin to separate.
  9. Add 1/4 tablespoon coriander powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and salt to taste.
  10. After about 3 minutes, add the Nutri soya chunk pieces.
  11. Fry until the masala and Nutri soya chunks are mixed.
