The year 1973, marked the beginning of our Mantora Group. From a small shop, ‘Vishwanath Jagdish Prasad and company’, we started with edible oil, vanaspati trading, and supply to various factories from a very small investment. Since then there was no stoppage to our business expansion. We constructed and inaugurated our first factory in the year 1986. Within a year, in 1987, we expanded with Mantora oil Private Limited – production of 50 tonnes. Thereafter we began with the production of edible refined oil and packaging under the name of Bawarchi and introduced our first product with logo. By the year 1994, Bawarchi’s production of vanaspati ghee and refined oil rose up to 250 tonnes per day. Within the time span of 4 years, in 1998, we growed and started with our second plant of Mantora group edible oil refinery to multiply the productions due to increasing and constant demand of the products to produce 350 tonnes per day. By the year 2003, we began with the maintaining of production and packaging of Palmolein and refined rice bran under Bawarchi Gold. With continuous hard work and control over the quality, production and packaging we started with the sales of all packaged products like Soyabean oil, Sunflower refined oil, Bawarchi Kachi Ghani, Bawarchi Active Refined Rice Bran and Bawarchi Gold Palmolein. Within the span of 5 years, by 2008, the production rose up-to 900 tonnes per day. Thereafter with our third plant for solvent extraction machinery for soyabean seeds, the oil plant was installed to meet up-to the customer satisfaction. We then started with the production of soya nuggets and soya chunks in the year 2012 and launched the premium product range of Bawarchi Nutri Soya with 50 metric tonnes and have now grown up-to 200 metric tonnes per day (fourth plant) With the continuous hard work, in the year 2018, we launched Bawarchi Pashu aahar at our 5th plant with 200 metric tonnes per day of production. At present, we started with the production of Mustard oil under our 6th plant to produce the purest and premium quality.
